Close to our farm there are many small farmers who make from the sheep's milk excellent cheese. The cheeses that you will find here have been selected taking into account the processing method and above all the ensurance that each company has derived its cheese from their milk. The result was amazing, we could find small producers who work by hand and sometimes using unpasteurised milk. The seasoning is for all producers in a natural way without the use of cold rooms, but only in cellars and / or basement rooms where the temperature and humidity are ideal for the seasoning of the product.
