Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Every producer would recognize its own oil on a thousand! Every piece of olive plants has its characteristic. Our olive oil makes no exception.
Also the method of cultivation makes his part, our olives are not fertilized. Better to say that their only manure is due to the grass cut in July growing under the plants. The cultivated varieties are Frantoiano, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino and the mix of these varieties shall determine the characteristics of our olive oil. The harvesting takes place by hand and every day all the olives are taken to the mill to be pressed so as not to lose the precious scent encased in the olive.
