Our white wine is the result of a typical technique in these areas. The name "Bianco Vergine" indicates that the combination of Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes are fermented using only the must. In fact, after collecting only the vine must is placed into fermentation tanks without the addition of skins, for this is called "Virgin must" or stripped of its skin. The product you get is a white wine of straw yellow color. Very fresh taste especially good in summer!
Its colour is straw yellow with greenish light, it is fresh, fruity and has a slight aftertaste of bitter almond. Excellent with fish and summer dishes.
